Shipping

For your delivery, we will endeavour to ship your item within 48 hours of the purchase.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

• FREE shipping within Australia on orders totalling $120 or more.
• For orders under $120 within Australia, a flat rate of $6.95 applies.
• Flat rate shipping of $15.95 applies to large parcel orders over $200.
  
• Express shipping is available - $14.95
• The delivery estimate is between 2 and 14 days.

We ship with Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.

If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped with Australia Post.

Once your delivery has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number details.

Returns and exchanges

Online purchases

If you believe your item may be faulty, please notify us within 14 days of purchase to discuss the reason for return or refund. Email info@babymade or call 03 950940 to discuss the issue

If you have purchased one of our products in-store at one of our stockists, please contact the stockist for further information. 

Return options are only available at the store where you purchased the product. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, the same payment must be used for the refund.
